چکیده
At the very end of year 2020, on 29 December, a hazardous earthquake Mw = 6.2 hit area Petrinja and its surroundings, in NW Croatia. The was felt across 400 km, leaving an inconceivable damage vicinity epicenter, devastated towns ruined lives. In order to map spreading waves determine coseismic ground displacement after mainshock, we have analyzed open satellite radar images Sentinel-1 GNSS data from nearest CORS station related along with seismic faults. this paper, addressed mapped linear surface ruptures detected by SAR interferometry. results show vertical extent ?12 cm southern up 22 north-western part wide struck impact, epicenter. Subsidence uplift range ±5 over wider affected indicate spatial impact made earthquake. 30 West 40 East has been identified considering intersection Pokupsko strike-slip fault system zone Pannonian basin. Accordingly, obtained matching 5 south-easting shift ?3 subsidence Sisak CROPOS station, addressing tectonic blocks movement activated complex system. compared geology confirm existence two main faults; faults interpret occurrence secondary post-seismic events observed area.

Estimation of Bam Earthquake Coseismic Displacement Using Envisat Asar Interferometric Data
On the 26 December 2003 an earthquake, that measured 6.6 on the Richter scale, struck the town of Bam in Southern Iran. The European Space Agency (ESA) through its orbiting ENVISAT ASAR sensor managed to acquire 3 ascending and 3 descending image sets of the earthquake area, which were distributed, on request, free of charge to the research community world wide. A radar line-of-sight displaceme...
متن کامل3-D Coseismic Displacement Field of the 2005 Kashmir Earthquake Inferred from Satellite Radar Imagery
We use radar amplitude images acquired by the ENVISAT/ASAR sensor to measure the coseismic deformation of the 8 October 2005 Kashmir earthquake. We use the offset images to constrain the fault trace, which is in good agreement with the field investigations and the aftershock distribution. We infer a complete 3-D surface displacement field of the Kashmir earthquake using the offset measurements ...
متن کاملGNSS antenna array-aided CORS ambiguity resolution
Array-aided precise point positioning is a measurement concept that uses GNSS data, frommultiple antennas in an array of knowngeometry, to realize improvedGNSS parameter estimation proposed by Teunissen (IEEE Trans Signal Process 60:2870–2881, 2012). In this contribution, the benefits of array-aided CORS ambiguity resolution are explored. The mathematical model is formulated to show how the pla...
متن کاملOn the derivation of coseismic displacement fields using differential radar interferometry The Landers earthquake
We present a map of the coseismic displacement field resulting from the Landers, California, June 28, 1992, earthquake derived using data acquired from an orbiting high-resolution radar system. We achieve results more accurate than previous space studies and similar in accuracy to those obtained by conventional field survey techniques. Data from the ERS 1 synthetic aperture radar instrument acq...
متن کاملCoseismic Gravity and Displacement Signatures Induced by the 2013 Okhotsk Mw8.3 Earthquake
In this study, Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment (GRACE) RL05 data from January 2003 to October 2014 were used to extract the coseismic gravity changes induced by the 24 May 2013 Okhotsk Mw8.3 deep-focus earthquake using the difference and least square fitting methods. The gravity changes obtained from GRACE data agreed well with those from dislocation theory in both magnitude and spatial...
